Does the church respect Jesus as their Head (ruler), following His lead, obeying His authority?

Eph 1:21-23 (NASB) 22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fulness of Him who fills all in all.

Col 1:18 (NASB) He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the first-born from the dead; so that He Himself might come to have first place in everything.

Col 3:17 (NASB) And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

John 12:48 (NASB) "He who rejects Me, and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day.
